  I will not use any other company except this one.They are professional and care about their customers, another great experience for me. Thank you for always ensuring that my unit is up and running and willing to come out whenever I cal. Airco, you get 10⭐️'s from me. Thanks to the receptionist that answered my call and Thank you to Andrew who ensured everything was running smoothly before he left and to the Owner, Thanks for hiring the best team.

  Airco installed our ac units in our new home. They provided a year warranty to cover anything that went wrong. I got a letter in the mail asking if we would like to Renew our planned maintenance agreement. We are choosing not to because we are not 100% happy with them . The duct they ran to the guest bathroom downstairs is apparently too small and so the bathroom is freezing. We called them out about it recently and also about a vent that doesn’t work . We were told by the tech that he would ask about them replacing the duct (which would be the right thing to do) and also about if they would replace the vent. Of course we never got a call back. So we will be finding a new company to deal with. It is ridiculous to have a bathroom that feels likes a refrigerator when you go in it. We can’t even shower in there because it is so cold. So no.. we aren’t happy with this company!

  We apologize that you feel we have let you down. While the new construction home sat empty, the outdoor units were stolen twice which could have led to your Evap Coil & TXV Valve needing to be replaced, which we did all of the work at no charge. We have been to your home several times in your first year in your new home at absolutely no cost to you. We have researched each call & visit and do see where we have not returned to address the duct and vent issue and we sincerely apologize. Due to Covid, our techs are not allowed into the main office, the paperwork to replace your duct & vent were apparently misplaced in the transfer of paperwork. We will gladly return at no charge to take care of the issues and make things right with you. We value our customers and aim to please them. Your comfort is our goal. Please call our office at 770-471-8078 and we will schedule the repair at your convenience.

  This is one of the best company that we have used for our heating and cooing system. And our technician Mr Bruce was very knowledgeable and did his job very professionally and we are very happy with the job he did he will be our first choice technician from Airco. We love Airco.
