  Lindsay and AirCare Hawaii was wonderful. She was so responsive and came to inspect my house for mold in a timely manner. She went above and beyond giving me helpful tips for my sons allergies and showed an immense amount of care in giving me sound advice while thoroughly checking my house. I felt so comfortable with her, and her professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend you consult AirCare Hawaii for your mold needs etc!

  Lindsay and Jason and their team are amazing. We have been in Hawaii for ten years and live out in Ewa beach. We use our central system 24/7 out here. This isn't our first rodeo using an air conditioning cleaning company so we know the process and cost and what to expect. We decided to call AirCare because the company we had a contract with didn't meet our expectations or provide quality service. AirCare Hawaii came about two weeks ago as we all suffer from allergies here and got our system cleaned 5 months ago. They did an inspection and from listening to our concerns and saw our symptoms fist hand as we were itching our eyes and sneezing. Without any other obvious indicators other than the ac system being moldy they put together a competitive price. My first impression was these people truly genuinely CARE about resolving our health issues and not just about the service and the profit. They are straight forward, honest, and knowledgable. They were able to accomadate our family and this project two days later. Their technicians are polite and really fast. They even showed us photos during the project to show how moldy our ac unit was and our duct work. Mind i say we just got our ac unit and vents etc cleaned so the company prior did a poor job. here i am thinking we are resolving our issues yet we were still suffering. I don't think its appropriate to talk stink about other companies so we will just leave it at that! After cleaning and disinfecting was complete, AirCare gave us recommendations as well as offered to come back for a free inspection to see how the system will be looking and develop a preventive manintence program. Because we are sensitive to allergies and have a pet Jason recommended maybe a cleaning 1-2 years. His not so "sensitive" clients he recommends 3-5 years as they do get moldy and dirty over time. Also cleaning your system helps keep the system itself running effectively! Anyways, thank you Aircare Hawaii for caring, being accommodating, and for your exceptional service and education!
