I recognized my tech from the last few visits. He helped change my filters and answered my questions. He even called for pricing for a vent cleaning I’m interested in. He was super thorough and informative. Excellent service, friendly and kind.

Tyler from AirTherm did a great job determining the issues with our A/C system and giving the information to make a good decision on repairs. He also evaluated the ductwork in our crawl space and determined that minimal repairs could fix some airflow issues.  I appreciate the time and effort that he put into this work.

After dealing with a horrible experience between my home warranty company and another AC company, AirTherm stepped in and saved the day! Everyone was extremely professional from the supervisor to the techs. If I had a question, they were there to answer. I could always get a hold of someone and they gave me their honest opinion. This was my first time having to replace the AC in my home. From the first call with Scott to the moment the team left they were friendly and professional.

After they did the install I noticed the system making a small whistling noise. When I pointed it out to Von he promptly checked and found a tiny air leak and applied an extra seal. I greatly appreciated this attention to detail.

AirTherm is very responsive and professional. They always go above and beyond. Tyler responded to a call concerning my air conditioning and was here within 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

My experience with air therm was fantastic. Austin made me feel very comfortable when he was insecting my unit and diagnosing the problem. Tyler and Luke were the two gentlemen who came to install my new unit and they were very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them!

An AirTherm technician visited my home to provide me with an estimate for replacing my condenser.  I was pleased that the representative was wearing a mask and greeted me elbow to elbow. I really
appreciated that the technician was on time, as I am extremely time conscious. I found him to be very professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, good listener, and respectful. Not only was I provided with a fair estimate to replace both the condenser and the compressor, he took the time explain every line item and how the warranty applied to each line item. He explained the steps to protect flooring before the job began. A+ for the technician.
