  We’re finishing our basement and they came out and put in some new ducts and they did a great job. Everyone was super friendly and kind. They were responsive and easy to communicate with and came out in a timely matter.

  We had Air Temp put in a central Air n Heat, in 2016, came home one nite in June notice the house was pretty warm, woke up the next morning and the house was still warm, called Air Temp within 30 min the tech was at my home, repairing the A/C, within an hour I had A/C again. Great Service

  Called for my 90 yr old uncle on Wednesday March 17 2021. Service technician came down and told me that the furnace needed a new circuit board. The technician came back on Thursday to install the part and it didn’t fix the problem. I was informed that he was going to have his boss come and look at it on Friday. Well Friday came and went and no one showed or called. This will make it 4 days with no heat in the house. My uncle is old and I would hope that this company would be more mindful of this the next time they are called to fix one of their products. I will not use them personally after this experience with them.
