Charging an almost 50% late fee with no reminder and no consideration when we had you out 4 times to work on the units and paid over $6000 kind of bad business as far as I’m concerned. I had covid go through my house for 2 months and having to be understanding with them getting the wrong parts and waiting 2 weeks and than having to wait on the right parts and than to be charged 3 times.

The original job was to replace the condenser and evaporator coil which we did to repair ac and was paid promptly summer 2021. The following fall we were called out to work on the heat. The sequencers were bad we replaced and repaired the burnt wiring. We were not paid for three months at which time they came in office and paid without any late fees that time. Then week or to later the first of November 2021 they called said no air coming out. Returned again promptly and found blower motor bad. Replaced and fixed heat again. Left ticket with price and then mailed an invoice in November next day. Went unpaid called last week to talk to them and let them no we mailed another invoice. He said she had lost the invoice and didn’t know the amount so didn’t pay.Mailed invoice from QuickBooks last week February 2022 for payment. Of course quick books added late fees for nonpayment on time. As for the work we showed up every time and made repairs even knowing the third time out they paid really late the second time. I’m sorry you feel this way but performed work as was asked and only asked for same respect back when invoiced.

Todd and another worker showed up at the scheduled time, pretty much at the exact minute to be honest. As someone who is COVID-conscious, I was very happy to see both guys wearing masks throughout the entire process. They found the issue with my unit, had it fixed, and double checked my system in about 30 minutes. I will absolutely call them again and hope anyone looking for reliable and honest repair will do the same. Our electric bill went down $60!
