  I usually don't write reviews. But, after I had already gone through several technicians from other companies concerning my heating, I decided to email Elite Comfort. Kim was so kind and right away scheduled me an appointment for a diagnostic, second opinion with their technician, MC Perez. MC was awesome at responding quickly and was at my home the next day. Not only was he very thorough from the moment he stepped in my house, but quite informative and explained to me exactly what was going on. I won't lie, the price of my complete Heating and AC unit and installation was more than I anticipated, but I was able to get this on a payment plan, which other places did not offer. My new unit was installed the following week. MC and the other technicians were very courteous and professional. Thank you. I would recommend Elite Comfort for all your AC/Heating needs.

  Our AC unit stop cooling. I came across Elite Comfort read its reviews and decided to call them especially because they are a local company. I was impressed by how quick they responded to the call. David technician explained everything that needed to be done and pricing. The following day Luis showed up on time with his installation team. I was also impressed on how fast and how clean and organized they worked. Great team and company. You have earn a loyal customer. Thank you.

  Mr Perez was awesome . Came out on the Saturday before Easter in less than an hour after I called. He was very knowledgeable of the unit and didn't mind me asking questions. He had the unit up and running quickly. He checked several times before he left to make.sure the problem was going to stay solved. Made sure I understood what was going on with my AC unit and how to reach him , of their were any future AC issues. I could not have asked for a better tech. I highly recommend them. Added bonus, the price was right.
