  It took 1 call and 3 rings that's how fast the response was! Now normally for companies that advertise 24/7 service response you'd bounce around calling for someone to answer but Alex answered right away. It was a Sunday early morning call no fuss, no hassle, no attitude just straight glad to be of service type of attitude from Alex. The portable a/c was delivered less than 2 hours and the delivery guy was more than happy to find a economical spot for it and the machine was spotless! Will definitely give them a call for any needs that comes up!
