Tech was very polite, professional, experienced, patient & thorough. He explained everything in detail for our understanding. He didn't try to sell us unnecessary maintenance or parts & understood our financial situation, (retired on a fixed income) He displayed integrity pleasing to us~ I highly recommend this company for maintenance needs of your home. Looking forward to them continuing our contract for safety & comfort of our house. Thank you~

A serviceman came out and gave us a verbal estimate per phone call he made to find and fix our leak. We never received a written estimate. He told us the estimate included bringing out digging equipment, breaking through and going under our sidewalk, finding and repairing the leak. The leak was found and repaired. It was in the flower bed so no concrete had to be broken through, and the job was finished in minimal amount of time. We received a bill that was for the full estimated amount and had no breakdown of labor, parts, etc. My husband paid it and then started questioning things. He called and it took some effort on his part and we were still fully not happy with the answer. We were told that one we should have received a written estimate. He never got an answer on why we didn’t get a breakdown of the bill including parts, labor, etc. They apologized for not giving us our discount for our membership, which we had just renewed and the service man had done the renewal. They gave us a couple of fifty dollar certificates for future use. We are not clear why the original verbal quote - including major work - ended up being what we owed for a much smaller job. I have always been very happy with Air Solutions and have recommended you to many. I can honestly say this left a bad taste in our mouths.

I’ve relied on these guys for years. I think I’ve even written positive reviews in the past. But their last service was unsatisfactory. I needed a stripped spigot replaced. The first time they came out, they didn’t have the spigot parts. The second time, they didn’t have the access panel to cover the drywall hole. Finally, the third time worked. But the plumber left the spigot unanchored, wobbling and far enough from the wall, the hole was large enough to let in all sorts of small creatures. And the drywall was “fixed” with duct tape. I paid $300+ for it and was disappointed. I could fix both with a little extra money and time, but I paid to have it completely done, not partially. When I spoke with the manager, he said “we don’t do the drywall stuff”. This is the reason for the low rating and likely why I won’t call on them again. I can handle the repeated calls and the data-based pricing (no more service call + hourly rate?). What I can’t abide is being lied to. Why did the first plumber say he couldn’t work on it because he didn’t have the access panel if they don’t do access panels for drywall?
