  Our A/C quit overnight Monday, March 7, 2022 and we had to go out of town the very next day, Tuesday, March 8, 2022. On Tuesday morning, I called at 6:30 a.m. and requested a tech to arrive early. Around 9:15 a.m. a tech had arrived and quickly diagnosed a refrigerant leak in the "A" coil, a seized fan in the condenser and condenser pump failing. At about 9:30 a.m. I agreed to a complete new 4 ton system (condenser/heat pump) and air handler to be installed. Amazingly, 4 techs arrived at 11:15 a.m. and had the new system up and running perfectly by 3:30 p.m. Kudos to Air Shield on a job well done! Our out-of-town plans went on as scheduled!

  I have always had excellent and cheerful service from this company. The technicians have been thorough and very professional. When I have called for service, the person on the phone always trouble shoots with me first to avoid unnecessary trips (and cost to me). I appreciate that.

  So happy I found Air Shield. I called them for an emergency service for a rental property, they were the only ones I called able to come that night. Each time they come they are professional, affordable and caring. I will be using them permanently for my own home and taking their services with me when my new build is complete.
