After hours service call, Angelia arrived within a few minutes after the call and corrected mis-information with another company that came out before her and got my ac good to go and she is very professional and knowledgeable about A/C work! Thanks again air services!

I needed my upstairs unit to dehum and I did not know how to make it work so I called air service. Tech came out and did not know how to set it up. He charged me $85 and said he would call me after some further research. I called 2 days later since no one had called me. The office said they would contact the tech and have him call me. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME, my number has a voicemail and I have no voicemail from you. At this point don’t call me. If you want to make it right just refund me and I will update my review. since the last post I have spoken with Martin. There evidently was a can we Communication error on their end and had the wrong information to contact me. Everything is straightened out now and I really appreciate them and their effort to straighten it out.
