  We called Air Rescue to fix our a/c. They came out and the service man was great. He got it up and running and said we needed a new unit, which we knew. We bought a new unit from them and they scheduled the installation. The people who came to do the installation were unprofessional. They were arguing and cussing the entire time. One left a torch on upstairs while he ran to the truck. The other used our bathroom, no big deal, but he left it a disaster. They couldn’t finish the install because they couldn’t program the thermostat. A different tech had to come out to do that, and they couldn’t come out until the next day. It took them 7 hrs to install the unit, which was longer than it should have taken, and they wanted us to go another day without air because they didn’t know how to program the thermostat? After a call to the manager, the other tech came out and installed the thermostat. We also let the manager know of the behavior of the two techs. He apologized and said that it would be addressed. All was fine. Then the building inspector came out and said that it failed because it wasn’t installed right and they would need to come back out. They did and said it was fixed. It wasn’t. They had to come back out again, and said it was fixed. Another inspection said it still wasn’t fixed. The third attempt wasn’t done because it was scheduled, and 2 hrs into our repair window, they call and say that the part needed wasn’t in. We notified the building inspector. A week later our brand new A/C stopped working. This tech has it working, but no info about the part that is needed to fix the initial incorrect installation was given to him. We have called the company and asked to speak to the manager three times and have not received a call back, other than the initial complaint, and even that felt as if he was brushing us off with a standard answer of “I’ll talk to them about that”. Do no use this company. They only care about your money and not their service they provide.

  After receiving eight AC company quotes for a new system I decided to choose Air Rescue and I was extremely pleased with my choice! From the scheduler, Julianna, their Sales Rep, Joe Horstman and their hard working installers, Russ and Jason I couldn't have asked for better service! I was very impressed with their professionalism and quality of product. With so many AC companies to pick from they were the most efficient in getting me a timely quote as well as installation and I feel like their team was honest and also took pride in their jobs!   My AC unit is under warranty and the only out of pocket cost is to pay labor. I was shocked that the labor cost was over $800.00 for less than 2 hrs worked. That’s more than many doctors and attorneys make. The only reason I gave them one star is because the technician Glenn was very nice and did a good job, and I know he doesn’t set the ridiculous prices. I feel totally ripped off.
