  Been trying to contact these guys since past 1 month. Spent about 6k to install new coolers at my store. Now the coolers are having issues... PICK UP THE PHONE.

  Mr. Patel, we apologize for your trouble, but don't understand why you weren't able to reach our company. Our phone number has been the same for about 20 years. There was a time, many months ago, when we had issues with our office phone not being forwarded to the owner's cell, but that was corrected within a week.
