  My Goodman heater wouldn't start. Called them and asked how much was a service call, woman said $120 plus cost of the parts. This was a weekday, normal business house service. They came and took 5 minutes to tell me I need a new ignitor part. They went and got it, installed in 2 minutes, all done. As they were running out I said, were is the paperwork, what do I have to sign, how about my payment. The office does that, he replied. Whats the cost of the part, $55 is the only thing he said. Days later I get a bill, $120 for the service call, $55 for the part AND another charge for $160 to install part, which took all of 2 minutes. So if you want a company with mystery billing charges pick them!

From our first contact with your company for emergency repair on our old HVAC system this past Summer, to receiving our final invoice and warranty paperwork for all the new equipment your company recently installed, your services have been outstanding. The sales representative, Rich, was knowledgeable and provided us with an estimate that couldn't be beat. The installation team, led by Bob, was very respectful of our home, and completed a professional installation of all the various equipment we requested within the time frame promised. Dee, in your office, provided us with all completed warranty documents directly after installation. We couldn't be happier with the excellent service, professionalism, and quality of the work provided by Air Quality.   The whole Air Quality HVAC team provided us with excellent service when installing our new AC. Our old AC died in the hottest week of 2021. The responded so quickly and even came to do the estimate on our schedule. When we were getting our estimate, every detail was explained to us, and we felt comfortable using this business. They were even patient, listening to our needs, and we tend to be a little long-winded. They really cared about my son with special needs and installed the air conditioner quickly, so he was comfortable. That was above and beyond in my eyes. The technicians were excellent and friendly and ensure all our equipment was running at peak performance. When there are so many HVAC companies to choose from, this company rises above them in standards and professionalism. We are pleased with our new AC and will use them again.
