  Mike and his crew are top notch and very focused on customer service. They installed three exterior heat pumps and four ductless mini splits late this summer. They are very patient. They answered all of our questions and addressed every issue that came up during a rather complex project. They even stayed late on a very hot day to get the AC in our bedroom up and running because they knew my wife had dental surgery that day and they wanted her to be comfortable. They were terrific from the planning stages right through working to get rebates from Mass Saves.

  Went out of their way to help us with our Heating system The technician came the same day as promised and on time. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and initiate a temporary fix so we could continue using our system while we decide how to address a permanent solution. Clearly a good group to work with.

  These guys are great! They installed 4 Mitsubishi ductless AC units with heat pumps, in my home and were on time, professional and the pricing was very fair. They keep a very clean work environment, followed up after each install and have all the latest tools and technology to keep my systems running at peak performance. They even filed for my rebates and I did not have to do a thing. I very highly recommend Air Pros MA!
