  My maintenance work by Air Professionals was completed outstandingly this morning! I have used Air Professionals for years as they installed a completely new Carrier System in my house in 2017. They did a great job and the sales team was excellent. However, their service folks have been inconsistent over the years. But this morning, I had the best service ever from Air Professionals as the technician was extremely thorough, informative, professional and a pleasure to work with. I want to thank Michael Bright for the excellent service and professionalism he provide today!!

  We had a great experience with Air Professionals. The office staff and tech that came out, Kemp, were friendly and professional. Communication was top-notch and Kemp was very thorough in his inspection of our system and explained everything he was doing and clearly knew his stuff. We will be using them again and would recommend them!

  Antonio was very professional and thorough on the annual maintenance visit. You could tell that he was well trained by his attention to detail on the testing and service. I had been having problems with my burner and humidifier that a previous company had not been able to resolve. Antonio listened to my concerns and quickly diagnosed and resolved the issues. I would highly recommend Air Professionals.
