  Very disappointed in Air Pro’s lack of responsiveness. I’m glad we learned early about their poor professionalism. They came out to provide an estimate for flashing repairs after a storm. After several attempts to get the estimated cost, so they could complete the work, we didn’t get a response. If the job is too small, just say that and we will move on. Now if we need an air conditioner replaced or repaired in the future, we know who NOT to call.

  The customer was informed after looking at damage that AirPro was "NOT" willing to undertake repairs to damaged flashing and suggested that customer should contact the original company that performed the work.
