  Of all the places in Redding that list 24 hour seven day a week emergency service, Mike was the only company to bother to call me back on a Sunday that was 108° when my AC went down. Even though Mike was out of town he helped me diagnose the problem over the phone and with some basic repair skills I was able to find and remove the failed component. When Mike got home from being out of town he had me come over to his house and grab the new part to install myself saving me hundreds of dollars and waiting at least another day for service. I will 100% recommend Mike to others that I know and will continue to use him for not only regular maintenance but for emergency calls as well. Thanks for helping us and keeping us cool in the extreme heat Mike!

  I came home on a Friday evening and realized my air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air so I called Mike at Air Pro heating and air conditioning and we tried to troubleshoot over the phone unfortunately that didn't work out so he came over and had it fixed and cleaned out and running better than ever. I recommend Mike and Air Pro heating and air conditioning to anyone who needs reliable thorough service
