  ZERO STARS, terrible. Unfortunately my home warranty company had me use Air Plus. I don’t think there is a worse company in any industry, that I have EVER dealt with in my lifetime. Very unprofessional. Never return calls, don’t repair on time, and just don’t care. No one should ever use this company, they are absolutely terrible, and honestly, I don’t know how they are still in business? I’m sure the only work they get is through home warranty work, because no one would ever pay to use them.

  Extremely unprofessional office. Unfortunately they were chosen by my home warranty company or I would have dropped them immediately. They wait for days to order parts but you won't find that out unless you constantly keep pestering them about it. I won't say they lie, but they told me a lot of things that turned out to be incorrect. Not only would I never use them again, but if my warranty company assigns them to me again I will change warranty companies. One note: they use contractors for techs. The tech I had was good, he was not a part of the problem. It was strictly the office and their policies that were so poor.

  I have been using this company for 4 months now because AHS sadlysent me to them. Let me start off by saying my unit is still broken... The first time they came out here we were completely out of freon and knew we had a leak in the coil. The guy said I can't find a leak there isn't one and was "trying to be nice cuz i am military" and filled it up for free. Which they aren't supposed to do so then when it was empty again he lied and said he didn't fill it up it wasn't empty he just topped it off for us. Which was not true cuz it had been out for a whole month we had to wait for our warranty to renew to have someone come out. Then next time he came out he went under my house for about 45 seconds and said "oh I found the leak" requested a part and came back about a week later. Still broke had to call again when he came back he said oh I knew it wasn't a leak I shouldn't have listened to you and questioned my judgment. Then said it was something else replaced that, now we are having a different issue our whole system is freezing up, which never happened the first year we were here. Supposedly they are saying that our unit isn't the right size for our duct work and filter that's why it's freezing but like I said before it never froze before them coming out so I don't get how that would be the case. Long story short we now have to pay another 100 service fee to get someone else out here. I dealt with 3 different people from this company they were all rude unhelpful and unprofessional.
