John responded to my request for repair. I had no heat after a storm blew through. He determined my thermostat was bad, possibly from a surge. He was quick to diagnose and told me the price which was fair, said the office would email the bill and he was off to save another family. I will use Air Mechanical again and recommend them to others.

Air Mechanical to the rescue again! AC stopped working and they came round and fixed it very quickly. They could have come within 3 hours, but I had to go out. So, a big thank-you again!

They arrived on time , were very careful to cover the carpet, did a fantastic job of work, speedily but carefully, and cleaned up the last speck of dust before they left.  They were a pleasure to have in the house, quiet and respectful and the result exceeded my expectation. Thank you!

AC stopped working at 3pm on Saturday. Waited an hour to see if it would restart. No dice. Rang Air Mechanical at 4.30pm, really just hoping to leave a message. FI got forwarded to engineer's voicemail and by 6.30pm I had a new thermostat fitted and system was up and running again. Amazing service and very courteous as well. Thank you!

Super friendly people there. Completely replaced my entire system, ducts and all, when I bought a house in 2013. Fair pricing and quality products. It's now 2021, and I'm literally bout to call them for the very first time because my auxiliary heat keeps coming on/won't heat or stay above 61°; for whatever reason.
**Edit to add**- They came right out and the gentleman thoroughly inspected entire unit; inside and out. Concluded the coils went bad/leaking in the unit in the attic and said they'd call when they had the parts to replace, free of charge, because it was under the warranty. Not even a service call charge; literally not a single penny. They called over a week later to schedule replacement and plenty of guys showed up on time and quickly took care of it. Great service all the way around!!

Air Mechanical has always worked hard to find a solution to any problems we have ever had with any of our HVAC units. We have used them in a few of our properties and they are always on time and are reasonably priced.  I commend these technicians for climbing up into attics, roofs, crawl spaces, etc in the South Carolina heat to keep our family nice and cool. Thank you!! We Air Mechanical replaced my 2 systems.  They installed 2 very nice Trane units.   My electric bill has gone down by half, they were so professional and left my house and garage spotless.  Probably cleaner then the way they found it.    This company is a small family owned local company, that doesn't believe in overcharging and taking advantage like many of their larger rivals.  Their prices were almost half of the other estimates I got!!!!  I recommend them to all of our family, friends and neighbors.  If a large company like Lowes has chosen Air Mechanical as their preferred Trane vendor, they must be doing something right.

After 17 years of doing business with Air Mechanical, I consider them to be the best company along the Grand Strand. They installed two new HVAC systems for me in different homes. Their prices were very competitive. They’ve done service work on systems I bought, and also repaired old ones. Their technicians have always been professional, courteous, and neat. They show up on time as promised.  Shaun Leary, their Sales Manager, and the owners are excellent at what they do. I like the fact that this is a family-owned business that should be around for many years to come.

For almost 10 years I have used Air Mechanical to handle our hvac needs for all our rental properties. They are an excellent company that stands behind their work and provides a good service with fair prices. Truly a great company.
