They charge excessive amounts for service. And never cleaned my ac coil with 2 serving. A charge of 300+ each time they came out. The took a thermostat that was on top of my unit and refused to replace it and discontinued my service contract. I only have 2 of their technicians and my thermostat was there before they touched my system. I would not recommend them. My second technician was a nice guy. I felt like the first one removed my thermostat because he handed me the paper work and said you can’t keep stuff around your unit. I always keep my service manual beside my first furnace and never had a problem. I do not recommend this company. I feel sorry for people who have to use them. Because they are outrageous

Our A/C went out on us yesterday. After the first place we called had the on-call tech tell us we had to call for an appointment, we called this place which said they would come out for $189 fee. That was fine, I didn't mind paying to get my air working again quickly, especially as I currently working from home and have pets. Tech comes out, tells us there are a couple of things he can try to get it working, but it would be $4,500 to replace the parts it needed or $7,500 to replace the unit and they could do it the next day. We asked him to try to at least get it working for now. Over $400 dollars later he has it running but as he is getting in his van to leave it stops working again. He leaves. Doesn't do anything else. My husband calls a friend who used to work in air conditioning repair and who was the state license holder for his company - he drives an hour to us with a spare part he had at his house and this morning we still have a running A/C system. So either the tech had no idea what he was doing or choose not to fix it probably for the upsell in parts/new unit. Either way he left us without air in the middle of the summer. Oh, part of that $400 was to replace a part that had a relay on it that the tech said he'd never seen done before and he didn't think was right so we replaced it. According to our state certified friend - it was completely normal.

The air in my upstairs went out and I had to replace the unit. I had a couple estimates and Air Masters was SO much less expensive. The guys who came out were professional and helpful. Every time I have called and spoken with their staff, they are always excellently helpful as well. I will likely continue to use them for my AC/Furnace needs in the future because their service is great and their pricing is fair (unlike some others in the community).
