Horrible experience dealing with a salesman. Would not sell me a part that I was willing to drive 128 miles for because I didn’t have an account set up with them. After telling him that I have an LLC and was more than willing to set up an account with them he still refused to sell me the part.

However, due to various regulations from the DoE and EPA we can only sell to licensed HVAC contractors.
