A/C Repair through AHS (American Home Shield). My tech David, from Air Link Mechanical Inc, diagnosed the issue super quickly, fixed it, confirmed it worked and answered any questions I had. I was really happy with Dispatch as well, who was able to fit me in the next day, first thing in the morning, which was incredibly appreciated. They were also super knowledgeable about the AHS process and helped answer any questions relating to that interaction.

The most professional, honest, and timely company that I have dealt with in a while! They work very hard to help me with my issue. Two years ago they were able to repair my unit to the point that it would still work. They bought me two years and now my unit needs to be replaced, as it's from 1995. I got a very good deal I believe, they were very timely and professional about how they installed it, and they worked with me. Thank you Dave, Diane and Dave Jr!

My AC unit went out last Monday and I placed a service call through my home warranty company and Air Link was assigned to me. Long story short, we came to the mutual agreement that it was best to replace the unit, since it was going on 18 years and I live close to the beach, instead of repairing it piece by piece which is the route the home warranty company would have taken. My unit was ordered and installed in a timely manner, I received a partial discount due to a small reimbursement received from the warranty company and I am back up and running!! Install was clean and fast!
