  In my 30+ years of home ownership, I have never done business with a company as communicative and helpful as Air Kool. Both technicians that came to my house and the young lady who helped me on the phone were friendly and professional. They did everything they said they would do in the time they said they would do it. They followed up to ensure all was well. They also went the extra mile to recognize my failed part was probably still under warranty and they filed the claim for me. The work I paid them to do was priced fairly. They were also extremely patient with me when I didn't have my ducks in a row. This company will be my go-to for all of my HVAC needs in the future. Thank you so much for your help!!

  Beware. Technicians were very nice and efficient but office would not provide a detailed invoice (parts & labor breakdown) for a repair made as the result of a scheduled inspection. Tech told me one thing and office said something completely different. Cost was not provided until after the repair was made. Owner never followed up with promised call to explain. Ask for pricing/details before authorizing anything.

  We've used Air Kool a number of times and they are always courteous, on time and professional. They are reasonably priced for their services and have always done a great job for us. Whether it's AC repair, AC maintenance or a whole new HVAC system (which they did for us)... you can't go wrong with Air Kool. Highly recommend. Great people
