  Air-Flex Inc. installed my AC unit May 28, 2019. I called Szilard Szabo "Ziggy" on 5/22/2020 and explained that my AC unit was not functioning properly. I explained it was only cooling to 75 degrees. Ziggy stated that was cool enough and there was nothing he could do. I explained to Ziggy that he installed the unit less than a year ago and that it blew much cooler than that previously. He would not even offer to come look at the unit. I explained that the unit is under warranty and I would like him to take a look. He explained that if he came out and nothing was wrong with the unit it would be a $200 service call fee and that he didn't have time to waste. I explained to Ziggy that I would not call him if the unit was functioning properly. Ziggy said to call him next Wednesday and he would see if he could put me in for a service call in the next couple of weeks. I told Ziggy in two weeks my unit labor warranty would be up and asked if he would still honor the warranty. He said no. He stated he may be able to fit me in on a weekend, I asked if he was referring to 5/23 & 5/24. Ziggy's response "f**k you," and he hung up the phone. I paid $3500 for this unit and the warranty should be honored.

  Awesome job Sam and Gary! My A.C broke, called Sam and he fit me in his schedule the next morning! He fixed it but my unit was about 20 years old so I knew it was going to break any time. I asked for a quote, price was great compared to everyone who quoted me $4-5,000+. I scheduled for a new A.C the following week. Biggest mistake! My A.C broke again and Sam came to the rescue on a Sunday!!!! He came the next morning on time and they were non-stop working! He had his helper, Gary and they both did an awesome job. Very trustworthy and humble people! Thanks guys, your boss should recognize you from time to time if he doesn't already do so!!!

  Wow! Ziggy and his crew are the real deal. Great job installing two high efficiency ac/furnaces in my home. Arrived and finished on time. It's obvious they are doing 30-40 installs every month.
