My A/C went out on a Sunday afternoon. After calling several other Heat & A/C companies that didn't answer or couldn't come out I called Air Factory. Talked to the owner Bill Allen who called out a technician. Jason did a great job...was here earlier than promised, repaired my a/c and checked freon. I would highly recommend Air Factory.. Great customer service. Thanks Bill & Jason!

Great company! My AC ran out of Freon and they came to service it within an hour of my call… at 10pm! Saved my family from sleeping in a hot house. Courteous and professional 10/10!
