Craig, Kristen, and the team of guys that completed the repair/replacement itself were AWESOME. From the start, every person I spoke to/dealt with was friendly, prompt, and forthcoming. I got a high-quality new system at an excellent, more than reasonable price. Couldn't be happier, or more satisfied. After my experience, I'm confident that Air Experts will be my go-to for all things AC and plumbing related maintenance for years to come. Thank you!!

I am very pleased with the service that I received from Air Experts Heating & Cooling. I called for heating service in the very early am, and a Service Tech (Oscar Angeles Duran) was at my home approximately 6 hours later. I called due to heat on, but no heat. Oscar Angeles Duran was both friendly and professional, he quickly diagnosed my issue, and discussed the resolution with me. Most importantly, Oscar Angeles Duran adhered to COVID safety precautions by arriving at my home fully masked. There are numerous Heating and Air companies to select from, I am very confident that I made a wise choice in calling Air Experts Heating & Cooling. Five Stars!!

The service tech was great, very prompt and communicative. Where I felt a good bit confused is that I paid for a part that was under full manufacturer's warranty. Air Experts was going to get fully reimbursed for the part from the manufacturer, and then they also charged me for the part, so very unusual, and not what I'm used to. Normally I pay for the service call and labor, but not a warrantied part, so not too happy with that. Seems like double dipping to me. I have a service plan with them as well, but I didn't feel like I got any benefit from that at all.....not a good first impression.
