I had Air Experts install my ductless mini split a couple years ago.  They came one time for a yearly service, but haven't heard from them since.
I know they recently changed hands so I guess the new people don't
care.  I also requested a price on installing a furnace and never heard back from them.  They were a good company at one time.

I have used the Air Experts Team for one major (warranted) repair and now a complete replacement of an RTU HVAC heat pump.  Each time the team is thorough, courteous, and very willing to answer questions and explain details.  The replacement was not an easy task but the service managers worked out a smart plan and the tech team did a great job in execution of the plan.  I have complete trust in them.

Air Experts installed my new heating and air conditioning system.  I found them to be professional, helpful and extremely responsive to any questions and appointment scheduling.  My new system seems great and functions just like the sales associate represented.  I was not sure of what type of A/C or furnace replacement I needed and he was very helpful in determining the equipment.  They also serviced my water heater as well.  Everyone on the team with whom I had contact was friendly and helpful and I was very satisfied.  I would absolutely recommend them.

Back in July we had a Lennox Elite Variable Speed HVAC unit installed by Air Experts.

Dave Jackson was our consultant and he is the best.  He is so genuine and you can tell he really listens and wants to provide the best service to his customers.  Dave took the time to describe each unit available to us and answer questions we had so that we could make the right decision for our home.

Steve and Greg worked well and diligently as a team and got the unit into a very tight spot!  They had to come back the next morning to complete the job and installed window units for us.  We appreciated their efficiency and timeliness.  We are so happy we decided to upgrade before our struggling old unit shut down completely because it is so much more efficient which is saving us money.

We also had an issue with our gas fireplace and Josh was there to check it out and the pilot gas valve needed to be replaced.  When the part came in Josh got in there and fixed it no problem.  He is always available by phone to answer any questions or concerns we may have.

We have relied on Air Experts many times and it won’t be the last.

Tech diagnosed faulty control panel as heat stopped working on 11/10/21.  Recommended replacing system as older control panel cost was a couple thousand dollars.  New system about $6 to $8,000.
I decided to get a second opinion, and their competitor Tom Rostron Company, diagnoses a faulty thermostat! $378 repair! And the furnace works fine.
I receive an email from Mike at Air Experts to make sure I was satisfied, and expressed my dissatisafction with the entire event. He commits to speak to the tech and find out what he did wrong, and  also commits to refunding our $105.90 service call charge for the misdiagnosis service call.
He sends me a nice apology email, and I also receive an email that the check was sent to the main office in Tenessee. This was in early December 2021.
Today is April 12, 2022, and I never received any refund, and NO follow up from anyone!  They were probably hoping I forgot about it.
I would steer clear of Air Experts. Their lack of follow up, and obvious tech training, almost cost me several thousand dollars.  I got the distinct impression they are more interested in selling you a new system, then doing a small repair
There are plenty of other reputable HVAC companies that want to do the right thing.......
