  Technician (Brett J) dispatched by home warranty company was super knowledgeable, courteous, professional & patient. Though he quickly assessed & diagnosed the problem to be outside of his purview, he spent time patiently explaining options & educating us about our HVAC system. Really felt as if he cared about our lives & not just our problem. Took his card knowing we'd definitely call him directly if we ever had a heating/cooling issue in the future.   Brett was amazing! He went out of his way to come back and deliver my part on the same day in the late afternoon when he really didn't have to. It was so appreciated! He is my HVAC angel. Would definitely recommend this company and especially Brett! Thanks so much!

  Very knowledgeable and not pushy on anything we didn’t need! The annual maintenance they do for you twice a year is with it so you don’t have to keep them coming out every time something happens. They can come out twice a year and check everything and fix it also. Brett was awesome!
