      Open to see my UPDATE! My Heating and AC unit is in my living room. Beware that the unit does not come with a cover! Unit works fine. But the appearance is ugly! Company refuses to solve the issue. 1/2 truths from the beginning. UPDATE: After negotiations between American Home Shield, Air Dynasty, and myself (9/1 to 11/2/2021), my AC unit was removed and re-installed. All mechanical integrity issues where addressed. I had to hire a carpenter and a painter to build a support for AC, repair sheet rock, texture, and paint. The check for the carpenter, the owner promised in his reply, has never arrived. Now I have the complete job that I EXPECTED when I purchased my AC from Air Dynasty. Please see my photos. I look forward to many years of trouble free use!

      Ms. Wright thank you for your feed back. The system that you have in your home is a little different then the usual central air conditioning systems that we use here. Your indoor unit is what we call a wall mount unit. Which is a unit that is mounted on a wall just like it sounds. This units don’t originally come with a cover from manufacture, but a grill is installed over to cover the unit. Normally we use the same existing grill that is there. And this was explained to you by the sales team. However the cover that was there did not fit your new unit. We ordered a new cover absolutely free to you. After a few days your new cover arrived and we schedule an appointment with to install the new cover you said that was fine. We dispatched an install crew and a field supervisor to make sure you were taken of. When we arrived you refused to let us install the new cover to fit your unit arguing that your carpenter was going to make you a wooden cover for it and that wanted us to pay for it. Which we don’t have a problem with. What is unreasonable is the fact that you made us buy a cover for you also send a team to take care of you and then you refused it. We want to make you aware that time is money as well as the cover that we bought for and cannot return. We value you and appreciate you as customer you have a brand new system that was installed by our invincible install team we are here for you for the next 10 years. You will be receiving a check for you to have your carpenter install the wooden cover that you want. Be aware that that wooden cover might not work for servicing purposes as you might not have the access that we need to get to your unit. Thank you for choosing AIR DYNASTY . Ms. Wright per our operations manager everything has been taking care up to your satisfaction. And check has been sent out. Thank you very much for allowing us the opportunity to make it right.

      The Service Professional, Mr. Ira Kelly, from Air Dynasty repaired my heater. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and trustworthy. He quickly assessed the problem and quickly fixed my heater. I’m very grateful! Air Dynasty has been our go-to company for air conditioning and heating for 10 years now. The company is great!

      We called on Air Dynasty to diagnose the problem we were having with the AC in our home. The technician came out and discovered we needed a new furnace. This was hard news to take, because a furnace is very expensive. Although our experience started off a little rocky, I will say that Evander was very thorough and was determined to find out why after installation our unit was not working. He had excellent customer service, and was very professional, but more importantly he found out what we needed to get the unit up and running. The next day I spoke with Christina, she was extremely helpful, and was determined to resolve my issues and concerns, Christina was knowledgeable, and was able to explain the process so that we understood exactly what was happening with our unit and our furnace. Finally Sean the super tech, came in and saved the day. He went back over all of the installation, and wiring and made sure everything was nice, and neat and in working order. He put the final touches on our AC and the house was colder than it ever had been. I actually had to cut the AC up because I was cold. Yep it was working and I am another satisfied customer. Thank you Evander, Christina, and Sean for excellent professional customer service. I would recommend you all to anyone that needs installation and repair.
