  I'm really happy that I chose this company to clean my ducts and vents, Nissan the technician was very polite and professional, checked everything and took his time to show me what was going on inside my vents before and after cleaning he did a great job 👍

  Make sure you ask for their licensing and insurance. Red Flag #1 I contacted this company a week ago and they told me their company name was Central Heating and Cooling. So I called their number listed online and was told they did not do air duct cleaning. Red flag #2 I asked if they were licensed and insured. They assured me they would and could provide documentation. I never received it. Red flag #3 Day of service, technician contacted me and said the name of the company was Air Duct Indiana. I then asked for proof of insurance and licensing, he said he was just a technician. I asked who I could speak with. Within minutes, a foreign man called me and claimed to be the owner and asked what I needed his license for. He said he could not provide it because it was too early in the morning so I cancelled the services.

  We recently moved into our house and our ducts were in serious need of maintenance. Nissan and his team work was second to none! Their professionalism from start to finish didn't go unnoticed and we are more than impressed with their service. They explained every step of the way and shared their knowledge to ensure we knew what was being done and what is required for a healthy home. Their attention to detail was also impeccable. Will be happy to have them back when our ducts are due for a clean again!
