was the only company that recommended moving my Air handler into my Attic instead of in the wall behind a bookcase! So difficult to service. And LOUD! Not any more!!!
Their bid was Very competitive and they did a few small add-ons for very little.
I'd refer them to anyone locally.Clean cut crew and clean workers. Left my house and property clean..

We have recently used Air Doctor for 2 different services at 2 different locations. We help manage a rental home for our Canadian friends and they needed a new heating and cooling system for which I contacted several businesses and took estimates from all. Air Doc's estimate was by far the most detailed and their prices were competitive with the other companies. I was particularly impressed with their "System Consultant", Josh Hammond, who was thorough, highly professional and very easy to work with and our friends selected Air Doc. Their workmen were impressive and they completed the job, despite complications from a water leak that they discovered, in rapid time. Their follow-up was just as prompt and professional. We used them again this week for a heating problem we were having and they were extremely prompt (again) and professional. we couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend them to everyone.

We recently used Air Doctor for a service call and ended up getting a brand new unit installed by them a few month later.  They were very prompt for the service call as we were afraid our unit was on it's last leg.  They were able to get it up and running quickly.  A few months later when we were in the position to get a new unit, we were again blown away.  The crew was extremely thorough and professional.  The gentlemen worked very efficiently and cleaned up so well after themselves, you couldn't even tell we had work done.  We highly recommend Air Doctor, Inc!

I have been very pleased with the service I’ve gotten from Air Doctor. I have the service contract . They always schedule my appointment and call me before arriving . They service both my home heat/cool system along with my pool system. Technician Rammie has always been super nice , very knowledgeable and easy to chat with. If there is a problem he explains the info to where I understand what is going on. Office staff ,Ive spoke with , Rebecca , is very friendly and helpful. I don’t think I could have chosen a better group to put my heat & cool units into. Trust me when I say “give these folks a call ,you won’t be disappointed.

I live in Pawleys Island and Air Doctor put in a new system for me on Monday and they were awesome!  The technicians were great, very knowledgeable, friendly and well trained.  They even cleaned up after they finished!  I am very happy with Air Doctor and I would very highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of HVAC services.  Air Doctor is ‘top of the line’ in my book!

Recently had JR’s team come and install a ductless unit in a large upstairs room at my home. They were prompt, efficient and reliable. I was not at home during the installation, and came home to a job well done with absolutely no hesitation about leaving them alone in my home. I highly recommend Air Doctor on every level.

Air Doctor was fast, efficient, kept their word and appointment. Rammie, the technician, was kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. Prices are fair and reasonable. We now have a bi-annual checkup contract. Win win!!

After the initial call to repair our system we discovered it needed replacement.  Within  two days we were given a quote, after the property management approved it Air Doctor Services completed the installation in one day.  In addition there was no disruption of business while completing their job.  All employees of this business have been professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with!

We have used the Air Doctor twice now for installation.  Each time their crew has been out to the house I have been extremely satisfied with the results when they have left the job.  When I was younger I worked in the HVAC industry for over 10 years before making a career change, so I feel that has always made me a tough critic when it comes to my expectations of work related to this field.  The core of the crew has been the same so it would appear that they do not have a high turnover rate which helps out in multiple ways for customers and the business.  The crew is proficient, focused, and friendly.  They arrive when they say they are going to arrive to start your job.  The finished product looks great and performs just as expected.  Clean up is an area where expectations are also high and they did not fail to perform a thorough clean up of the job area as well.  I will not hesitate to call the Air Doctor when need in the future. They provide a great product and service at a very reasonable price point.
