  I've called Mark twice in the last handful of years. Both times he was extremely responsive, professional, and fixed the issue for a reasonable price. For my latest issue it was 45 minutes from when I called his phone to when he finished the repair.

  I have been working with Mark for several months. His customer service is outstanding and his values are very strong. If you have a need for a heating and a/c company that services all makes and models of heating and air conditioning equipment, you will not find better. He does installation, repair and more. I know that he has OVER 20 Years of Experience, he provides Satisfaction Guaranteed, and he Services All Makes and Models. He even gives Free Estimates.

  After getting a notification from the gas company about a high-usage alert (but no leak) I needed to get my furnace looked at, and also needed the ventilation system on my gas water heater brought up to standard. I called Air Doctor on the recommendation of a family member and couldn't have been more pleased with their work. The two guys who came for the repairs were there exactly at their estimated arrival time-- none of the classic "between 12 and 4 and then showing up at 4:30" like most companies do. They were professional, courteous, and did all the repairs needed in a timely manner. Their services are fairly priced and I'll absolutely call them again any time I need help.
