  Our heater would not start at all, so we called and not even a hour later Brian shows up. He was able to get us up and running and answered questions I had about the furnace. He was friendly and professional I will definitely be calling back in the future anytime we have issues. They really are a amazing company.

  I've just used Air Design for two recent projects. A new system in one house and a move of a system to another. Both projects went very well and I am very satisfied with the work done. The gentlemen doing the work were professional and on time. I have been happy with their work for the last 20 years and will continue to use them in the future. Thank you!

  Thought I found an AC company that I can rely on and refer to my friends and family but it appears not. They came out and charged my AC, there was a small leak somewhere, they said, they also said call if the issue persists, the leak turned into a blowout in the "A" coil a few weeks latter. We called up the company and they did not want to do the work, apparently this type of work is not in their skill set, this work is not difficult, any technician with a few years of experience could easily facilitate my request. This required removing coil, putting a new coil in, and charging the system. Simple in my mind, furnace was easy to get to, taking the coil out would have been easy as well. I guess they don't hire technicians with the skill set, but they'll still charge the premium rate of one who does.
