  I used this air conditioning service because my home warrantee company could not find a contractor from its network in my area to come out to look at my AC on the weekend. Their weekend rate was 150.00 just to diagnose and 150.00 every hour of labor after that plus parts. Technician diagnosed faulty compressor wires and replaced them. Total cost was 350.00 dollars. My AC worked fine for 3 days and it went down again, same symptoms, machine blowing hot air. I called Air Cool Plus to come take a look at their work, and their representative Gerardo tells me that he will send someone out, but that if the problem is something different than what they worked on like the replaced wires, than I would be charged a 63.00 dollars service charge and then I would have to pay for what ever different is wrong plus parts of coarse. In my opinion, Air Cool Plus should of been responsible for miss diagnosing the problem with my AC on their initial visit. I ultimately had to pay another 75 dollars to my home warrantee service to send another technician. The problem was the wires that Air Cool Plus had installed were loose and caused a short. My AC working fine now. Bottom line: Any company that charges 350 dollars should come out and check an AC with no reservations period.
