  Incredible customer service and excellent workmanship!! I called in my repair request around 11am today and Trudy and her guys had my unit up and running by 4pm! They checked the warranty on my unit and were able to get the airhandler’s controlboard replaced under the warranty! As a former service technician (in a different industry), professionalism and customer service are crucial to me when I trust someone to work on my home. Air Control of Raleigh exceeded my expectations and will be getting all of my future business!

  Love love love the guys from air control and the lovely Trudy behind the phone/scenes 🤗 I had a cooling issue this time around that occurred over night. So i called in early morning and Trudy fit me in the schedule and had the guys coming by within 2 hours to help a sweating mama out. Issue was found and fixed right away. I am one happy lady. These guys are always on time, provide great service and help !! I highly recommend Air Control of Raleigh to anyone!!! Thanks so much, you guys ROCK!!!

  Morris and Brandon have serviced our HVAC in our homes for many years. They are timely and efficient, they save us money when another contractor at the coast said we needed a new unit. Morris and Brandon replace only the parts needed. Trudy is a pleasure to speak with when scheduling an appointment. Thank you air control of Raleigh for our heating and air conditioning service.
