Air Control will be our go-to for any HVAC needs in the future.  Our AC went out this summer and was beyond repair.  Chris came out to quote a new unit and provided great information on how to help cool the "hot spots" in the house.  Even with supply chain issues delaying availability of new units, Air Control was able to get our unit and get it installed within a week after  ordering.  Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful through the entire process.  I would recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC repair or replacement.

My a/c had a leak so my wife and I called a different HVAC company to diagnose it. They quoted me over $8000 for a brand new system. I was told by someone who used to work for Air Control to give them a call (by the way, that says a lot if a previous employee still highly recommends your business). Within a couple of hours Chris was at my front door and helped find the leak and get it fixed without purchasing a whole new system!! He was very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. Additionally, his quote for a new system (when the time comes) was way more affordable. I would highly recommend using Air Control!

Disappointed that my unit was installed 7 years ago. A part went bad, I called to get a replaced and was told since they have NEW management it will not be covered. It's covered by a warranty.  I will be reported it to BBB, with proof of paperwork and what was told to me.

We woke up to no heat from our central gas furnace. Called Air Control's 24 hour number about 6 am.  A service man called us back late morning to tell us he was on the way. We have used Air Control a couple of times in the past.  We have always been impressed with them in every way.  Their response time is quick.  They are thorough.  They explain everything they are doing and seeing.  They fix what needs to be fixed without charging an arm and a leg.  And they don't try to upsell you more repairs/parts than you need just to get more of your money.  Our serviceman was Brandon.  He was so considerate and very efficient in finding the problem and repairing it quickly.  I HIGHLY recommend this company for HVAC repairs!!

They installed an air scrubber. It did not take long and my dogs did not bark which is unusual.  Air control also installled my furnace and air conditioner about 3 years ago. I have not had any problems. They come out twice a year to check everything and everyone is knowledgeable and professional

My furnace exhaust air pipe and intake air pipe were mistakenly installed the other way around, which means the hot moist exhaust air was discharged into my attic instead of into outside and intake air was taken from outside instead of from attic. The hot humid exhaust air will damage attic in long term and its carbon monoxide will harm people if leaked into living space. Fortunately I found this mistake in the first winter after it was installed. I also found two other minor issues due to negligence.

I switched from my current service to Air Control when my service couldn’t do what I needed for two weeks and I had them for service for several years! Air Control came out that day and was able to have me up and running the next day! They service both my heating and air units now!

Update November 18 2020

In response to review, general manager & I spoke.   Apologies were made for the missed appointment.   Offered an explanation and a reschedule.
The tech called when on his way and arrived as promised.   Tech was some of the best customer service people I have dealt with.
Kudos to management for making right a bad situation.

They installed heating system 10+ years ago, I purchased 10 year warranty.   Had problems with unit almost every year!   Some parts, replaced multiple times.    Had to ask them to put an AirControl sticker on the unit so I would have their number readily available.   Always have to ask for a copy of invoice.

Signed up yesterday for their 'seasonal checkup club', they scheduled me for today between 8 & 12.    Get a call at 1250... Um, we didn't make it this morning, can we come now?

WHAT HAPPENS TO SERVICING YOUR CUSTOMERS??   LEAVE THEM HANGING FOR HOURS, CALL AFTER THE FACT AND ACT LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED?
