  Enjoyed having Eddie as our technician. He was very through and explained what recommended items we need. he cleaned the exterior of our system cleaning and sanitizing the equipment. He explained how the system sucks in grass trimmings and the importance of keeping the system clear of debris. I would recommend Air Conditioning Repair Cape Coral and when scheduling an appointment ask for Mr. Eddie.

  Pull and Clean -Installer Blower Wheel P&C. Air Handler Blower Wheel pulled, cleaned, sanitized and reinstalled. Installed Ultra Violet Light system with 2 year bulb & 10 year power pack. Mike Grimm did the work. He kept me informed each step and showed me the Blower Wheel before and after he cleaned it. He also explained the cleaning, asking for permission before he continued. He also then explained the Ultra Violet Light system. Very polite and helpful. I am pleased with his service.

  I have the maintenance plan so they service my air conditioner every six months. Ryan showed up this time and was very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions. It's nice to find a company who still provides such personal service and who I can trust. Ryan was excellent.
