  I called air Comfort they are the ones that installed the unit.the heater portion of the unit stopped working. The cow that answered the phone was rude and did nothing to get someone out to fix the heater. I know it's hard to get people right now but she shouldn't be answering your phones. I would be hard pressed to ever use them for anything. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

  Very disappointed with this business! The company is dishonest! Had my ac compressor go out, and it was still under warranty. The technician even informed me that the unit and compressor was still under warranty. It should be noted my unit is only 3 years old. This company charged me 754.00 to replace my compressor. The total charge came out to 954.00. I personally went to the business office, and inquired as to how would I be reimbursed for the compressor since it was still under warranty. The office assistant told me that I will not be getting compensation for the cost of my compressor, and that they will be keeping the funds for replacing my compressor. This ac unit was not purchased from this company. Therefore, I contacted the company technician who previously installed my ac unit, and he informed me that I should not have been charged for the new ac compressor, due to it was still under warranty. However, he informed me that I was responsible for the cost of labor for the replacement of the compressor. It should be noted the Air and Comfort technician attempted to charge me about 500 additional dollars for freon! I then informed him that on March 18, 2021, I just paid 780.00 to fill my ac unit up with freon do to a previous coil leak that I had. Then he opted to change my price! Do not use this company!!! I WILL Be taking them to court! Do not use this company! Not honest at all!!

  Contacted Air Comfort because my AC went out and it was 112 degrees outside. The actual owner responded within 15 minutes. After dealing with other companies I knew I finally contacted the right people. Job was assigned and completed the very next day. Not only did they complete the job but they took the time to explain everything that was done. Extremely satisfied and highly recommended.
