  We built a new house and the contractor used this company… the heat has never worked properly and the owner will not answer or call back… we called Sparta Heating and cooling they came out today and guess what ….. they did not have our thermostat wired correctly…Our system has ran non stop for days with the house not heating… it is a SHAME we have to pay for another company to fix our problems when we are under warranty with this one…. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

  This place is a complete joke!!! I recently built a new house and the air units were installed by this company. The unit has tore up Within 7mths of installation. I have called this company and they answered saying they would come out the next day so I took off work and waited all day and no one called or came. I have left NUMEROUS MESSAGES and no on will call back. My next option is to call contractor and see if he will contact them or maybe just stop using them for new construction houses since this is how they treat their customers.
