  This company was horrible on the phone after I asked for a refund when the 3 technicians they sent out didn’t fix the real problem of a clogged drain and broken pipe. They only re-wired the thermostat. I am disgusted to know illegitimate companies like this one exist who don’t know what customer service is.

  Tammy is GREAT!!!! I had another company come out and gave me an estimate of $1300 to replace my air handler blower fan, after charging me a $95 diagnostic fee, (No problem with the diagnostic fee). I called Air Care and Tammy answered and she asked me questions, and got me a quote on a new replacement motor (Rescue Motor). $385 and she explained it is pretty easy to change it out, so that's what I did. Tammy saved me $900 and I can't thank her enough. I will recommend Air Care from now on! THANK YOU!!

  AIR CARE HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING INC. This business operates with the highest level of integrity. I have used Air Care before for repairs and have always been happy with the response time, the personnel, the technicians, the service provided, and the prices. This time I called Air Care for an estimate on a new Air Conditioning System. (Another company had me convinced that I needed an entire new system for approximately $6,500.) They could have easily sold me a new system for thousands of dollars, however, Tammy noticed the make and year of my current system and put the owner Larry on the phone. Larry told me that I should not need a new system based on the model and year of my system. I told him what my concerns were, and he suggested servicing and the installation of a UVA light. He sent a tech (Khoi) out the same day. Khoi was thorough, professional, and polite. Khoi took apart the pump, hoses, panels and brought them outside and cleaned and sterilized them. (my pump and lines were partially filled with a disgusting jelled like substance) He installed the UVA light. My system works great, and my air is now exceptionally clean from the UAV light. I am very happy and I have saved thousands of dollars! Thank you Tammy, Judy, Khoi, and owner Larry! I highly recommend this company. Five stars all the way!
