  Absolutely the best service, from start to finish, hands down. Ricky came out to the rescue when my AC unit stopped working. He responded right away and gave me options to repair and replace and explained the options in detail. I came home the next day to find his completely self sufficient crew had installed my new unit, repaired all the duct work in the attic, removed the old unit and left the property cleaner than they found it…all while I was at work. Stop looking, you’ve found the best!

  Ricky is a true professional, from the moment he replied to my request for a quote straight through the install. He explained every aspect of the job, as well as the differences between units. He's honest and knows his stuff. I replaced my 15yr old unit with a Ruud 15 SEER variable speed system. Ricky and Tristan did an amazing job - sealed leaking air ducts, installed new duct plenum, installed hurricane pad, elevated stand, and tie-down clips, and new thermostat. With all aspects of the job, attention to detail was exceptional. The space for the unit was very small - door and frame had to be removed - but they made it work perfectly, and re-installed the frame and door for a perfect fit. It's really worth it to invest in a local, family-owned company that cares about its customers. Ricky took care of my Duke rebate and warranty info, too. I signed up for the annual maintenance plan ,which is extremely reasonable. Based on how smoothly the install went, and how much I'm already enjoying my new a/c, I know I'll be able to trust Ricky to keep my new a/c system running great for years to come. Thanks, guys!

  Ricky (owner) and his crew replaced my hvac system. Initially Ricky came out for service on an issue with my existing system. After a very candid discussion on the unit's current condition and expectation for the longevity of that older unit, I decided to replace the entire system. There was no sales pitch or pressure, just an honest assessment that allowed me to determine what was best for my house. They installed the new system within a few days of Ricky's initial visit to the house. His crew was very courteous, respectful, and even accommodating to a couple requests I had with having a toddler in the house at the time of install. I suppose no one looks forward to having to replace their AC, but this experience far exceeded any expectation I had. Thank you and keep up the good work
