  (UPDATE: I guess the company reconsidered and refunded me the service call fee and truly this is very fair of them. I have updated the stars to three instead of one. THANK YOU) .Called a little after 4;oo pm on a Monday and I guess manager was quick to tell me that the regular charge does not apply now that it would be the overtime charge of $150.00 an hour. I agreed it was my rental house how could I not. So I get a call the next morning telling me that not only did they not fix the unit and how would I like to pay. I paid. I was told that unit needs a new disconnect and wires and that I would have to call Duke Energy or an Electrician to fix it. She stated that they were not electricians and they could not do the job. Well Duke Energy does nothing but on there side of the power, they do not do any work that is from the unit to the house. What a waste of time. I also asked which is not out of the question for a receipt of payment and the technicians notes. I am still waiting.

  Recently had the Air America team replace my old HVAC system. Everyone from the owner to installers was very professional. They were always on-time and polite when speaking with my wife and daughters. My wife became particularly fond of Bo, one of the installation technicians. The quality of the installation was excellent. They followed up several times to make sure that we were happy and that the system was working perfectly. Definitely recommend Air America.
