My service with air adjusters was very unpleasing. The technicians came in and within 10 minutes left after not completing the job I wanted done. I called and had the technician come back, he came in for another 10 minutes and left again. After going back and forth with the manager (I assume) and having video proof that he was only there for 20 minutes total between the two trips (ring video) they still sided with their technician and would do nothing to help me out. Now a $150 bill later and an extremely dirty AC coil inside and outside, I had to hire another company to come do the job right.

Terrible company. They said I needed a whole new HVAC unit so I had it installed. Eight months later and it wasn’t cooling properly. Even though the unit was still under warranty they said it was a different issue and it would be an additional $800-$1000 to repair. They said they could recharge the unit in the meantime to get it cooling while I considered the options. The owner assured me that he would work with me on costs and would handle it personally. That was the last I heard from him. He stopped returning phone calls. I then received a bill for almost $500 from the service call to recharge the unit. It included labor cost for three of their techs to figure out and temporarily correct the problem. Again this was after paying almost $5000 for a new unit eight months earlier. Obviously I will never use this company again. Neither should you. They don’t care about their customers. They only care about making as much money off of them as possible.

I called the emergency number this (Sunday) morning. I talked with a gentleman who provided me with the Sunday service call price and listened to my AC problems. He told me he would not be able to repair it today because it was under warranty. I appreciated that he saved me money and the aggravation of it then not being repaired. It was a very smart business move. It prevented one customer from a bad experience and he will probably be able to help someone else today, two satisfied customers.
