  Let me start by saying that if I or any anybody else I know have Heat or Air needs I will be recommending AIM Heat and Air to them. I called On a Sunday afternoon and spoke to the owner Josh and he told me that they were booked up until that upcoming Wednesday, but would call me if they had a cancelation. Well come Monday morning I receive a call from Josh and he stated that he had an opening for right then. The tech, Gavin, was out at my house in about 10 minutes. He was polite and professional from start to finish. He gave me the price of everything upfront before any repairs were done. The owner and the tech were very open and transparent about everything and answered any question that I had. The price I was told was the price I paid. Edit: I had an issue with my Central Heating unit not working correctly. Since AIM had done such a great job on my A/C unit during the summer, they were my first call to take care of my heating issue. I called and had to leave a voicemail but received a call back from Josh within an hour. He told me that he had an opening that day and he was out at my house within 2 hours. He told me that my thermostat and flame sensor were bad and that the blower fan needed cleaning. He gave me an itemized list of what need to be replaced and an upfront price as well. He told me that the cleaning was optional and that the system would still work without it being cleaned, just not as efficiently. I greatly appreciated the truthfulness of what issues he found as well as what the bare minimum was needed to be done to get it up and running again. He said the cleaning could wait so I opted to not have that done. He was done with the approved repairs and had the areas he worked in cleaned within an hour. Edit: 8/26/2021 Was having an issue with my Central AC unit not wanting to cool my house down. Called Josh on Tuesday and was able to get me in on Thursday. He stated he would call before he was on his way, which he did, and was at my house at the time he stated as well. He evaluated my problems (dirty blower motor) and told me what all was wrong and what my cost would be BEFORE starting any repairs. Josh had my unit cleaned and repaired and working better than ever. This is my 3rd time I've had to have repairs done and have used AIM Heat & Air each time and if I have any further heating or cooling needs Josh at AIM will be my first and only call. Because I know he will get the job professionally done right and at fair prices to my satisfaction with quality parts and workmanship. Thank you Josh and associates at AIM for doing the quality work you promised. This is by far the best Heat and Air company that I've dealt with ever. So if you are in the Shawnee area and you want a professional and honest company that works fast and does quality work then Josh at AIM Heat & Air is the person and business to call.

  I hired Josh to select and install several mini-splits on my property. He was out within days. He assessed the best product, he provided an estimate, he procured the units, he stored them until ready I was ready then he installed them per the estimate to the penny. AIM fulfills the old adage that "a good job at a fair price is better than a bad job at any price." Great folks, the best quality workmanship, very responsive and I will use AIM for any HVAC needs I have from here on out. Thanks Josh!
