  Excellent communication. Professional and thorough. They diagnosed the problem quickly and did the repairs in a very timely fashion. Very courteous and answered all of my questions in a manner I would understand. Could not have asked for better service.

  Furnace went out on a Saturday with the beginning of the cold snap. We wanted to keep the business local, so we called a few other Griffith shops, but they were either closed or could not fit us in for a week or so. We came upon After Hours and decided to give them a call. 10am on Saturday, and they were able to make it by 5pm that same day. He called when he was on his way and was able to diagnose and install the part in less than an hour. I would 100% recommend this company!! Thank you!!

  Very quick response to our call. Our furnace went out and they were at our house within 2 hours. Fixed the problem for a very minimal charge.
