  I was able to contact this company in the early morning hours around 4:00 and within 7 hours had my water heater completely replaced at a reasonable rate and done very professionally. Hi marks for James and his helper.

  I called James at Affordable HVAC and received a callback within the hour. I needed a gas line run from my meter at the house through a stone wall in the utility room and then connected to my new gas laundry dryer. All these companies are extremely busy these days but James came by and reviewed the job and we discussed my situation. He gave me a quote. We scheduled the day. James called in advance and he and his crew came out to do the work a week later as promised. They did clean work inside and outside the house. They ran into a snag when a very old gas pipe broke off at the threads. James immediately got the correct tool to extract the rusted pipe tip. They retreaded and installed new pipe and fittings. Then completed the routing and connecting of the dryer line, and tested for leaks after turning on the gas at the meter. Cleaned and packed up. Retested all lines and connections we me present and didn’t change for the additional work or hours. A great experience with excellent communication from start to finish. I recommend this company.   Affordable HVAC is one of the best contractors that has done work for us. We had 5 HVAC systems that included both heating and A/C units that were replaced by James and the folks at Affordable. Their value is exceptional and extremely fair. Their customer service is perhaps the best that I have seen from any industry in the past 10 years. Workmanship is superior and their quality is outstanding. Affordable HVAC will be my first and primary referral to all my neighbors and friends.
