These guys did a wonderful job on my busted air conditioner! Once I realized that my AC was no longer blowing out cold air, I called these guys and they were at my house within an hour! Less than an hour after they arrived the problem was fixed! The technician pulled the defective part and showed me exactly what was wrong with the unit. These guys are fast, honest and affordable!

Fast and great job getting our unit fixed on a Saturday. We called at least fifteen places. This one was out in fifteen minutes and was able to effectively fix the issue. The price was right what I expected it to be too. Thanks!

This company has poor communication and unprofessional customer service. On August 4th, 2016 we had an appointment with Affordable Heat and Air to come out and inspect our upstairs central heat and air unit. The appointment was 5:00 PM at CST and the technician did not arrive at our residence until 6:30 PM at CST. Before he left, we paid him the service fee of $75.00, and he said he would be in contact with us the next day with information regarding replacement parts. We did not receive any update from the technician even though we called and left him a message the following day to remind him. On August 10th, 2016 we tried reaching the technician a 2nd time for an update since we still had not received a phone call from him and left him a message to call us back. Later that day, we finally received a call from him stating that he had not gotten in touch with the manufacturing company yet. He claimed that he would contact us back after he had gotten in touch with the manufacturer. On August 17th, 2016 since we still had not received any word from the company nor the technician regarding the issue we called the company's main line to file a complaint with the owners. The owner said that she would speak with the technician and give us a call back later that afternoon. However, we did not hear from her. On August 18th, 2016 we called the company back to file another complaint and break ties with the company since we felt they were giving us the run around.
