  These people r wonderful!! Johnny on the spot!!! I called for a unit to be checked and within 20-30 mins the tec was on site!! They always do the job correctly the 1st time!! Thanks for all the hard work from the men that check & fix, the installers and the lady on the phone when I call!!

  Hired them to install a mini split in new home addition. They installed it in the wrong spot while we were not home, even though it was clearly marked. No courtesy call to make sure it was going where we wanted before drilling 8 inch hole in our dry wall And after multiple phone calls to the manager, they would only fix it if WE paid them an additional $1,800. Poor customer service, extremely poor communication skills. Ruined the plan for our entire addition.

  Weekend Service was top-notch! My parents air conditioning blew out on Memorial Day weekend. I called around to several companies. I called Affordable Air and left a message. I r/c a call back from Kyle A within 10 min and he was on their doorstep within an hour and half. He didn't overcharge, and was super nice to my parent's. My mom couldn't stop raving how nice "Kyle" was. I am fully impressed- thank you! This company is great...thank you so much!
