  Please know that our delay in thanking Ms. Jennifer for her many years of helping me and my wife, Mindy, in no way diminishes from the phenomenal quality of customer service she has consistently provided. It really takes someone very special for me to write a formal thank you, express approval, or to provide a recommendation. And so it is with pleasure that I write about my and my wife's experiences with Ms. Jennifer, who represents AF Supply in Congers, New York. The more usual attributes of a good professional such as superior knowledge of their fields/products and the skills to apply it can be referred to quickly in Ms. Jennifer's case. What deserves special mention are the rare qualities she possesses and observes to a high degree that make people like me and my wife keep going back to her- - - and to refer family and friends. I seldom recommend people who do work for me because even if they have done an excellent job, they did not convince me they were committed to excellence. The excellent outcome outcome outcome seemed random. With Ms. Jennifer, it has always been the exact opposite. She conveys pride in her work with a determination to control both the input of her effort and the outcome of the intended solution. Combined with this are two of the greatest qualities, trust and common sense And by the way, Ms. Jennifer is also a really warm and user friendly person. This is so easy to see, not only by the way she treats me and my wife, Mindy, our daughter and friends, but by how she treats all customers that I have seen whenever I've been to the showroom. Who wouldn't come back when Ms. Jennifer not only saves you money with her product knowledge and honesty but has your toilet, sink, faucet, you name it, looking and feeling like showroom new for years to come.   AF Plumbing has high quality products and all the latest styles. Best of all Jennifer their sales rep is exceptionally knowledgeable and very helpful. In renovating three bathrooms and a kitchen, she has done everything to make our renovation as easy as possible, including measuring and chasing down hard to find products. This is the second time we have used AF Plumbing.

  Excellent customer service. Jen is extremely knowledgeable of plumbing, fixtures and styles. I wanted to update my 1958 bathroom but I also wanted to keep the style mid century. We were very pleased with the service and the delivery. Next week, I'll see it all done.
