  Dealing with George Lasher at AES was by far the worst customer service we have ever received ANYWHERE. If Google had let me pick the option of "0" stars, that's the rating I would give. We were told by George that we are a "guppy in the ocean" and they didn't need our money. He made outrageous claims saying we don't pay our bills with other companies, pretending to know anything about us and our background. We will take our business elsewhere, and I would suggest everyone else do the same. AES "doesn't need your money" anyway.
